SecreTea’s seasonal Halloween drinks look totally tea-rrifying…
And we’re loving them! As far as Halloween-themed confections go, SecreTea’s seasonal drinks might be one of our absolute favorites this Spooky Season. This new Foggy Bottom tea shop which opened earlier in the summer, serves all kinds of tea including foamy cheese tea (yes cheese tea, we’ll get to that in a moment) and of course boba tea. But we’re pretty much obsessed with its totally awesome fall menu, featuring slightly terrifying bags of alien blood, cute tiny pumpkins and more!
SecreTea’s fall menu includes a series of appetizing yet spooky-looking drinks that include bags of alien blood ($4.5)– don’t worry it’s just Assam Black Tea with Lychee Juice and Cranberry Juice–Purple Taro Dirty Milk ($5.5) made with cheese foam with Taro powder in fresh secret milk and fresh Taro sauce topped with ghoulish-looking candy, Pumpkin Spice Secret Latte ($6.25) made with heavy cream, cinnamon powder, espresso with brown sugar and secret pumpkin sauce topped off with tiny pumpkins and more!
Their Secret Menu also includes an incredibly cute Lunar Rabbit drink the shop created to celebrate the new lunar year and that comes in three different flavors including Taro, Matcha and Pink Bunny Lattes ($9.99).
Besides these specialteas, SecreTea also offers traditional milk and bubble teas, ice cream sundaes, a wide range of fruit teas and their previously mentioned cheese teas, featuring a frothy cream cheese foam that makes your tea extra silky to the taste. And if you’re looking to compliment your ghoulishly awesome drink with a snack or two, SecreTea has also got covered with their range of salad bowls, sandwiches and bhan mi offerings!
Bags of lychee-flavored alien blood and foamy taro lattes topped with gummy eyeballs sound like the perfect drinks to indulge yourself with if you ask us! So why not grab one of these spooktacular concoctions to celebrate this year’s uber strange Halloween season? SecreTea is now open every Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and until 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
