The Royal Opera of Madrid is the most important performing arts institutions in Spain and one of the most important in the world. They have put together a passionate, traditional Spanish flamenco performance but doors are closing soon at Washington D.C.’s Miracle Theatre!
This performance will showcase some of the most well-known flamenco artists from Spain, including dancers Amador Rojas and Yolanda Osuna and singers Manu Soto and Bernardo Miranda. On guitar you’ll find José Tomás Jiménez, Sergio de Lope on flute and saxophone, and Lolo Plantón on percussion.
The venue Miracle Theater is in the heart of D.C. located on Capitol Hill. Filled with history, the structure opened back in 1909 and now over a century later it will house the tradition and history of Spanish Flamenco. From Oct.14- Dec. 30, the Miracle Theater will be filled with the notes of beautiful Flamenco music and echoes of dancing.
This traditional Spanish flamenco show will offer two different types of tickets—general admission tickets will offer you a chance to see the show, while VIP tickets will include a tasting of authentic Spanish products throughout the show and the opportunity to meet and take pictures with the artists after their performance.
