As key swing states in the U.S. are still counting votes, including valid mail-in ballots, President Trump has launched legal suits in Pennsylvania and Georgia where he appears to be trailing.
His campaign told the Associated Press that the lawsuits will “demand better access for campaign observers to locations where ballots are being processed and counted, and raise absentee ballot concerns.”
It comes after the President made statements earlier in the week that results shouldn’t be counted after Election Night itself (though in every election, results are determined unofficial on election night and ballots always continue to be counted in the following days), and even this morning he directly Tweeted:

In Washington DC, hundreds of locals have been gathering Downtown all week to express their support for polling stations across the country, spreading the message that every American’s vote counts and should continue to be counted, in the name of democracy. Yesterday, Washingtonians reunited for a second wave of protests, marching in solidarity with others across the country to demand every vote be counted.
Signs read: “Count Every Vote,” “The World Is Watching,” “ Count The People’s Vote,” “My Vote Will Count,” and “Protect the Results.”

The day began at McPherson Square where events kicked off to the sound of GoGo music and the speeches of organizers.
The march continued through the streets of the District down to Black Lives Matter Plaza.
