The Berliner is celebrating its final Oktoberfest.
The German beer hall in Georgetown—known for its steins and German-style fares, such as pretzels, brats, and schnitzel—will be closing its doors on Oct. 23 after more than four years of service.
“We’re sad to share that our final day of services will be 10/23 due to plans by our buildings’s new owners to convert the property into a hotel,” the Berliner wrote on Instagram.
The Berliner will be accepting walk-ins and reservations on Tock for its last two weeks of service.
“Come,” the restaurant wrote, “raise a glass and share your favorite memories with us as we celebrate everything this space and community has meant to us.”
