Winter and cozy season are upon us, and it’s the perfect time to enjoy the many awesome winter set ups the city has to offer, including the Watergate Hotel’s enchanting igloos!
The hotel’s Next Whisky Bar has officially inaugurated its winter season by installing incredibly cute snow globes out on the patio, and we’re all about igloo dining now. These are perfect for anyone looking to go on a wintery night out and enjoy some cocktails and bites in the charming solitude of your very own heated igloo.
On the igloo menu, you’ll find a wide range of small bites such as pita chips with onion dip, smoked baba ghanoush, and hummus; cheese and charcuterie boards; and salted-caramel brownies, among other delectable treats! Drinks include craft cocktails, as well as wine by the stem and, of course, the bar’s popular Whisky Flight trios.
Next Whisky’s dreamy igloos can be rented seven days a week starting at 4:30 p.m. These have both a rental fee and food and beverage minimum, which are based on the day and time of reservation and size of the party. Walk-ins are allowed on a first-come, first-serve basis on weekdays, but reservations are required during the weekends.
