T-rex, Ankylosaurus and other life-sized moving dinosaur replicas made their way to the White House last weekend in celebration of Easter. This fun-filled experience was an exhilarating part of the “Easter ‘EGGucation’ Roll,” a thirty-thousand person gathering on the White House’s South Lawn.
Providing quite the contrast from the Easter bunnies in attendance, these dinosaur specimens surely left their mark. After all, dinosaurs produced some of the most mind-boggling eggs of all!
For those who didn’t get a chance to see the dinosaurs on the South Lawn, don’t fret! The dinosaurs have resumed their location at 524 Rhode Island Ave, NE, ready to take you on an incredible journey through the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.

Even FLOTUS was captivated by the dinosaurs, featuring them prominently on her Instagram and Twitter recaps of the afternoon (the kiddos seemed pretty amazed as well).
These massive creatures are in D.C. for your entertainment and education through the end of May, so there’s still time to travel back millions of years within this immersive experience! Along with the dinosaur replicas, the exhibit includes an interactive paleontology area, a VR experience, dino rides and a unique virtual aquarium. You won’t want to miss out!
