Poconos Park™ is slated to say howdy to the hula with Cowboy Luau, a two-day music festival headlined by country music heavy-hitters, Brantley Gilbert and Brett Young, on Friday, Sept. 16, and Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022, and tickets are on sale now!
The unique festival will be the first large-scale event to take place at the venue since its extravagant revitalization — undertaken by real estate development and venue management company From The Roots — the first step in Poconos Park™ emerging as a live entertainment hotspot once again.
“We are honored to announce the first major event at Poconos Park bringing country music stars Brantley Gilbert and Brett Young to the Poconos,” John M. Oakes, CEO/founder of From The Roots/Poconos Park™, said in a press release.
The highly-anticipated two-day festival will run from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. each day across three stages: the Main Stage at the Amphitheater at Poconos Park™ (an auspicious open-air venue with 3,000+ covered seats), an outdoor festival stage, and a Party Bar Dance Tent to get your groove on!
A full lineup will be announced in the coming weeks, but additional acts include Warren Zeiders, Austin Meade, Kassi Ashton, Dylan Schneider, Ryan Griffin, and many more!
But the musical guests are only half the draw! Attendees can expect two fun-filled days of hula and line dancing, a cornhole tournament, DJ-led dance parties, delicious cocktails and mouth-watering food options from local vendors, and much more!
“We look forward to seeing the East Coast country music fans to show up and ‘Get Your Good Times On’ in their flannel and flip-flops, luau skirts or Daisy Dukes or cowboy boots and Hawaiian shirts and ‘Party in the Poconos!’” said Oakes.
