Actor Chris Evans has been repeatedly spotted around D.C. this week by locals and tourists alike. Evans is in the District filming scenes for an upcoming romance-thriller movie called “Ghosted.”
People took to social media to share glimpses of the Marvel actor and manifest their hopes of bumping into him around town.
