And although the date for the jam still remains unknown, Washingtonians have been quick to speculate about when it will possibly be held. Most of them seem to believe the Foo Fighters will play in the Nation’s capital on the 4th of July once more, as they did back in 2015 at RFK.
My guess is 4th of July 🥰

The DC Jam wouldn’t be the first one for the band, who hosted the San Bernardino CalJam back in 2017 and 2018. Whether the Foo Fighters will also return to California with their jam is yet another question that remains unanswered. But the new destination for their jam should come as no surprise. The Washington DC area is close to Frontman David Grohl’s heart, who grew up in Virginia.
The jam teaser arrived as the Foo Fighters are preparing themselves for their cross-country “Van Tour” celebrating their 25th anniversary. The band had already announced a date close to the DC area in Virginia Beach earlier this month. So it looks like us Washingtonians will get double the Foo this year!
