Washington, D.C., got into the Halloween spirit early on Tuesday, Oct. 25, with the 35th Annual 17th Street High Heel Race!
Hosted by the Mayor’s Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning Affairs, the annual race is held in Dupont Circle, where members of the community can cheer on or partake in this spectacularly spirited three-block high heel race—including drag queens, drag kings, and any members of the community who want to test their heel prowess.
For the second year in a row, John Kim raced his way to victory!
